Ski lift in snowy weather over snow-covered spruce trees, skier on a chairlift in the winter mountains.

Vintertur

In the winter, almost the entire school goes on a trip to Røldal Ski Center.

From one of Norway’s highest base areas—at 680 meters above sea level—seven lifts take you all the way up to 1,300 meters. Almost the entire ski center lies above the tree line, so you aren’t confined to narrow forest trails but are free to roam wherever you like across the mountain!

For students who prefer to keep their feet firmly on solid ground, we offer countless excursions in the local area—and, of course, the many mountains on the mainland. We tailor the trip to the weather conditions and the size of the group heading to Røldal. It is an active day where we swap classroom air for the real thing—fresh air!

We bank on sunshine—every year!
